Week get away before school started!

Wonderful place to stay. The managing company responded quickly when I had questions which awesome. It was clean and accommodated 3 families with kids. I would totally recommend this place!

Davis Family Get Together 2023

Wonderful location and property was a perfect match for our family get together! Would highly recommend property for those looking for a mountain get away. If our family gets the opportunity to return to Breckenridge, will definitely stay at property again.

Great Breckenridge Home

Great place! 8-10 mins to most of the of the lifts. There's plenty space and plenty of beds. Did get stuck in the driveway due to heavy snow but it wasn't to hard to shovel out. Be prepared for elevation cause this place is an extra 2k feet up from the Breckenridge. Otherwise would recommend, Pinnacle Lodge were experts on check-in and check-out

Great Layout

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the Marble Mountain Retreat. They bedrooms have a great layout. I would say the driveway is pretty steep which isn't shown in the pics. Can be hard to get in and out.

Couples trip

A group of friends and I from Kansas came out spend some time together. We had a great time. It was as advertised. Very good communication with owner. Beds were a little firm for some but other than that everything was perfect.

Beautiful Location, Gorgeous Home!

This home was perfect for our girls weekend getaway! We cooked a lot during our stay, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub provided some much-needed relaxation, the beds were comfy and the décor was lovely. The home was nicely cleaned for our arrival. The manual for the home had clear instructions for everything, and we all had a great time - will definitely try to stay here again!

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time! The house was lovely and the cleaning crew is amazing! The house was super clean. The carpet was the only negative - it's old and needs to be replaced. The house worked well for our 3 families. It was high up on the mountain but in a nice neighborhood!

Cool Get Away

The house was a wonderful base camp for our family get a way to beat the summer heat. We had many fun days relaxing at the large table, watching movies downstairs, and sitting on the deck. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Neighborhood was a short drive to downtown, but remote enough to be very quiet. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet, cool getaway.

Excellent extended family vacation house

Very roomie 5 bedroom house was well equipped including some stuff for infants. Only problem was the main refrigerator wasn't working and we weren't told until check-in time. Second fridge in the garage did work though. Excellent responsiveness of management company.

Girls weekend

The house was great. We had a group of ladies staying the weekend and there was plenty of space for the 8 of us. Nice big table for us to all sit around. Even had a guest with a broken ankle. She got around great on the main floor with her scooter. Thank goodness there is a bedroom on the main floor. Had a dmall issue with the garage door and they sent someone out right away to take a look at it. They responded very quickly. We had a great stay!!

Lovely Geteway

Very nice home that had a number of extra amenities for families with kids that included sleds, toys, kid eating seat/pack and a play crib(though we brought our own). Multiple levels so plenty of space for everyone. Overall would recommend. Distance to Breckenridge gondola lot was about a 10 minute drive(15 in snowy conditions). AWD is a must to get out of the driveway if it snows

Top of the Mountain!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quiet, beautiful, top of the mountain experience! Easy to get to town but away from the traffic and noises. House was equipped with everything from a loaded kitchen to all the baby things needed while away from home. The only negative was that someone had taken their dogs to the house. Dog hair on the couches upstairs and down, on the stairs and on a few of the bed blankets.

Mis-managed property with broken amenities

Although the house itself was ok. Pinnacle lodging was not very helpful during our stay and operates this property poorly. First, we did not receive any check in instructions until the minute we were allowed to enter the home. There was snow and ice covering the steep driveway and the group's 4-wheel drive cars got stuck for several hours. Our group eventually had to get our cars towed out of the driveway which we had to pay for ourselves. When we asked Pinnacle lodging to please treat the driveway, they gave us a hard time and demanded that we provide them pictures of the driveway before they would come do anything (we had left to go skiing already and could'nt provide a current picture). Secondly (and the worst of all), there was an issue with the master bathroom shower, which led to the entire house not having hot water for 2 days. The water was freezing cold and irritated the skin. No one could use the master bathroom at all for 2 days until they figured out the problem. We needed to accommodate servicemen entering the property at random times to look into the water issues with no heads up at any point. Overall, for the price this property demands, it was not worth the value at all. Our group had to deal with constant stress throughout the trip of a very passive property management company that seems to not care much about their occupants. I would recommend staying at a different property if you are thinking about visiting Breckenridge.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property had enough space. I didn't not like that drive way needed to be shuffled more because we got stuck trying to get out. The deck outside had not been cleared in a while because it had over two inches of ice under the snow. The downstairs bathroom, had mode growing above the shower tile. The place did have towels for people using the hot tub which was a plus. It had a lot of kitchen equipment to prepare food. They had games available for people to play.

Great Family Space

There was ample space for us to gather in the dining room and living area when the afternoon storms rolled in each day. The walks from the house had incredible views of the mountains and it was easy to get into town when we desired. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were greeted by a fox nearly every day and even saw two bears walk through the yard one evening when we were having dinner. We would definitely stay again and appreciated the responsiveness of the property management team when we had questions.

Requesting a FULL Refund

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On February 23rd we found out that our initial rental home was double booked by Redawning/Pinnacle Lodging; once our shuttle pulled up to the booked location and three cars were already in the driveway. Instead of being met with accountability and compassion, WE were blamed for Their gaffe. Additionally, instead of transferring our reservation to another location it was canceled unbeknownst to us. The customer service rep was accusatory and we were asked to leave Marble Mountain retreat within the hour, in 15-degree weather on our own accord or to be escorted out. It was an extremely scary experience for us all as we came from different cities hundreds of miles away are weren't familiar with the area. No one should have to go through housing insecurity WHILE ON VACATION due to an error made by the lodging company. The location was booked at least a month in advance, we did receive a confirmation email for the initially booked location but unfortunately, I cannot confidently say I would recommend Redawning Pinnacle to any of my travel companions until I feel we've been made whole. We do have screenshots and a baked-out timeline of all communication and actions to support our request for a full refund.looking forward to resolving the rest of this unfortunate matter privately.
