New smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom as well as a dedicated workspace provide all the comforts of home.

Enjoy views of the snowflake lift and Baldy Mountain directly from your windows. Perfect unit for a couple’s retreat or a small family.

Top-notch community amenities including secure entry, heated underground parking, building elevator, on-site hot tubs (indoor & outdoor), sauna, steam room, fitness room, individual ski lockers, bike racks, outdoor ski racks, on-site laundry, and much more. Walk 3 blocks to historic downtown Breckenridge and enjoy spas, coffee shops, shopping and dining. You may also take the free Breckenridge bus system (Breck Free Ride) which will transport you to many spots around town. Ski ticket sales and an equipment rental store are also adjacent to the complex.

This unit offers quick and convenient access to hiking and biking trails right outside the building’s entrance. A small stream runs directly beside the building and you may access a small mountain lake a short hike away.
