perfect location

Plenty of space, next to slope, ski locker convenient, shuttle or walk to town, clean and comfortable. Kitchen has the basics and grocery not far. indoor parking was nice, there is a parking fee.

Comfy stay close to Peak 9

Overall nice property. Room was clean and easy to get to. Enclosed parking, convenient ski locker right next to chair lifts. Our kitchen had everything we needed and we even had wood delivered for the fire place! Would stay again

Not worth the money

My family and I stayed at Beaver Run for the location and for what we thought was going to be a nice room. We were wrong for sure. A very outdated room that didn't have the cozy mountain vibe you would like after getting off the slopes. The room was very uncomfortable, from the couch to the bed, no one in my family could feel comfortable. The entire room just seemed like it needed a good deep clean along with a major update. The sink area was super low and when I was in the shower it seemed like I was going to fall through the ceiling. To top things off, the view was of another building at Beaver Run. I just assumed with the room costing what it was that I would have a view of the mountain. As we would walk down the hall and see other suites from their rooms being cleaned, you could tell they were in much better condition. I know in the future I will make sure this never happens again and for the owners, I would be ashamed of how your looks and is kept up.

Nice unit in a very large resort and conference facility

Generally we enjoyed the unit. The unit itself was a good size for two people with ample space to relax before and after going out to ski. There was a nice kitchen with a full refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. The bedroom had a nice sized bed which was also comfortable. A minor issue was the bathroom's shower door which was stuck, not optimal but still usable. The Beaver Run location has a ski school and rental location so it has much of what you need. The unit is steps from the Beaver Run lift and very nice in terms of ski in and ski out. We came back for lunch, which I have never done before - a really nice benefit of the location. Some of the negatives I would say is that this resort has a large amount of few guests staying here. It is a very large facility with four main buildings each with 6-7 floors. It is bustling. Understanding that, while Beaver Run Resort indicates you should wear a mask due to Covid protocol, 95% of people we saw where simply not wearing them. It is not enforced on the property: in hallways, walkways, stairways, front desk reception, hot tubs, gym, shuttle buses and elevators. Since there are so many people in this facility, these can be fairly tight spaces. This really limited our enjoyment of this property and we were surprised at this since there was quite a bit of messaging about COVID protocols at Breckenridge. If this is a concern please be aware, if not, disregard. Also - the resort really does not have enough elevators for the number of people and units. During peak times you are waiting for quite some time for a elevator. So not only are you waiting long times for an elevator, the were always full, stopped on every floor, and be aware of that many people will not wear masks in the elevators. We used the stairs to get get up and down, when we could. So a mixed review. We liked the room, loved the location, thought the way the Beaver Run facility managed the mask protocols was very poor for such a large property with so many people. We will come back to Breck, but we will not stay at the Beaver Run Resort again.

Breck Adventure

We love Beaver Run, but our room smelled so badly of fireplace smoke (despite not using the fireplace) that we ultimately had to find another room which Beaver Run was very gracious to accommodate. The room itself was beautiful, cozy and clean.

Great location but outdated

The ski in/ski out location was great for ease on the mountain and the amenities were nice. The condo was quite outdated, we had issues with wildly different temperatures between the two rooms. The condo also had zero things to cook with (oil, salt, pepper, coffee filters etc). It was clean and skiing was easy however it felt more like a cheap hotel than a stocked condo.

Nice condo, very dry air( humidifiers in the closet), shuttle system phones went down, short walk into town but coming back all uphill(it was exhausting), TV could have been set up better(hard to tell what channels available), but overall nice stay.

We had two adults, one in king bed and one on pull out couch Was spacious enough for us. You could fit more ppl but prob couples would make sense. The kitchen was amazing, fully stocked with pans, utensils, this was key in the morning to hit the slopes faster. Overall great, would recommend
