“The Lodge has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. It’s modern and comfortable and overlooks fields so completely private with hot tub, fire pit and bbq all ready to use The Nags Head pub does good food and is walking distance. “A couple of things that we felt should be mentioned for future guests. Parking is very tight, this should have been explained before we arrived late at night to find there was no way we would fit our vehicle in the small space offered, turning space is very limited too. The cottage is near a pub which seems like it is a locals pub who like to sing karaoke loudly Friday-Sunday, this could be heard when inside without any windows open. The cottage was not the cleanest we have stayed in, when……

“I am as above and a Solo traveler. I walked from cottage every day through choice to avoid pre Christmas madness. Hence why I book in Sheringham at this time because you can enjoy a real taste of the coast and countryside. Only downside to this is it’s always the Santa special. An expensive trip to Holt but the bus can be busy too and you hit the same congestion. If you are fortunate enough to have a car then the coast is your oyster but I find it quite sad that you can easily miss the beauty of……

“Willow cottage is as described and the owner was very responsive to all questions. Short a walk into town and a visit to the cathedral. Traffic in Ely is very busy and there is parking at the cottage.”

“The self catering flat was clean, well equipped particularly in the kitchen and living room with fans, jigsaws and dvds galore. There were even binoculars to better appreciate the sea views. ”
