“We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. On arrival after a day of travelling the Norfolk coast, we found ourselves outside a Bungalow which……

“It was very obvious from the start that the house was newly renovated. Almost everything still had the tags on it. Absolutely nothing was plugged in, turned on or tested before I got there. There were no amenities, such as soap, dish cloths, cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet brushes, or even bins in the bathrooms. “We had a lovely time at this property, ideally located - just minutes to the beach or the town with off road parking. Easy check in. Area was quiet,the house had lovely views of the sea. Very spacious with comfortable beds and lovely fresh bedding. I was concerned after seeing previous reviews about cleanliness but we found it to be very clean just need a bit of refreshing in some areas which probably gets done in low season.Nice to have enclosed garden for dog. We liked the fact the cottage is rural yet only a short drive into Diss town centre for local shops and food outlets. Great communication from host. ”

“What a super large house with everything we needed for a wide age range of family members. All the bedrooms were ready for us as expected. We were particularly impressed with the kitchen diner facilities which meant that we could cook for a large number easily. Having 2 fridges was really helpful. Loved having use of the BBQ which we used twice and were able to sit outside to eat. Great location and parking out the front was plentiful. We all said we would return. Thanks for having us.”
