We had a room on the third floor Room 312 the ceiling had water stains from leaks and when you took a shower it was loud and the floor felt unsyeady

Pleasant stay

Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our booking from Hotels.com but the staff helped us work through it. Hotels.com also helped with clearing up the issue.

We have stayed here before. Our room was nice, but the A/C was loud and cycled often. We told them as we left they were going to get a service guy out. Front desk people were so helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good always eat the waffles. Had 2 waffle irons.

The hotel is right off the interstate, but to leave the hotel and go anywhere you have to get back on the interstate. There are no side streets connected to the hotel.

Totally disappointed and dissatisfied

We were horribly disappointed with this Hampton. We have stayed at Hampton Hotels many many times. This time was absolutely by far the worst. We were charged $300 for a room that was no better than staying at a Motel 6! The food for breakfast was horrible. It was so bad that we all went to my daughter’s debate match on empty stomachs. I could go on on. But I will end by saying I will NEVER stay at this Hampton again, if any Hampton at all.

WORST STAY EVER!

It took me 4-5 hours to get the internet to work on my laptop, the A/C was running really loud, the room was not clean no sign of dusting. The pillows were filled with cotton fluff, not able to use the pillows, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The hallway to my room smelled like mold and spoiled eggs!

The staff were wonderful. The hotel is very clean. It has a great location. In Brenham its self you are close to everything. To get to historic Brenham it takes maybe five mins by car. The great thing about this cute little town is to go almost anywhere in TX. It is only 2 to 3 hrs. Galveston is 2.15 hrs. To get to San Antonio is 2.45 hrs. Dallas is 3 hrs. So it is a great location to be in if you want to go sight seeing in tX. Now the only problem with the hotel. Is the bedding. It seems that this Hampton, doesnt know how to order bedding. It is the first Hampton i have been in that we could not get sheets that fit the bed. Even after asking for housekeeping to make sure the sheets fit. This might seem like a small thing. But, when you wake up to adjust sheets several times a night. It becomes an issue. The breakfast is the normal breakfast. Nothing bad, nothing great. Just normal. But, the breakfast area is slway immaculate. And the staff even at 6 am are always smiling. I would stay here again. Just make sure to let them know ahead of time. I would appreciate sheets that fit.
