Mit ein bisschen mehr Liebe wĂ€re es „fast“ perfekt

FĂŒr uns (sehr spontane Entscheidung) war das Haus ok. Es gab alles was man brauchte. Leider war der Gefrierschrank in der WaschkĂŒche/Abstellraum und vollkommen verschimmelt. Schade! Es gab einige weitere Abstellmöglichkeiten, die leider mit viel altem Zeug zugestellt waren. Nochmals schade. Das Haus ist umzĂ€unt, was das Urlauben mit Hund angenehm gemacht hat (Verbesserungsvorschlag: blickdichter gestalten). Man saß ein wenige wie auf dem „PrĂ€sentierteller“. Das GrundstĂŒck mĂŒsste ein bisschen mehr gepflegt werden. Unter den Matten sammelten sich unter anderem Ameisen und Kellerasseln, die sich den Weg in die KĂŒche bahnten. Das war unangenehm. Wir möchten das Haus aber nicht nur schlecht reden. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage dort, und möchten auf diesem Wege nur auf die Mengel, die man relativ schnell beseitigen könnte, hinweisen. Die Strand- und StadtnĂ€he ist wirklich toll. Das Haus liegt ruhig. Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, was natĂŒrlich auch uns positiv beeinflusst hat. Wir sind ĂŒberzeugt, mit ein bisschen mehr Liebe zum Detail ist das Haus perfekt fĂŒr einen Urlaub inklusive Hund. Die steile Treppe ist aber nicht fĂŒr alle geeignet (aber das trifft auf die meisten HĂ€user in diesem Park zu). Alles im allem trotzdem ein schöner, erholsamer Urlaub und darauf kommt es an.

NĂ€he zur Nordsee, das GrundstĂŒck ist eingezĂ€unt, GerĂ€te fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Gebrauch vorhanden, die neuen GartenstĂŒhle waren sehr angenehm, die zwei ParkplĂ€tze waren fĂŒr uns optimal, einige MöbelstĂŒcke im Haus waren sehr schön (diese sollten aber auch gepflegt werden!). FĂŒr unseren spontanen Urlaub war das Haus ok, fĂŒr einen geplanten Urlaub, brĂ€uchte es aber ein bisschen mehr „Liebe“, siehe Tipps.
