Recently built in 2022, the space is tastefully designed with cozy underfloor heating, a bright living area, and smart TV with streaming functionality. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and combination microwave—perfect for leisurely breakfasts or evening meals after a beach stroll. Space to Unwind The villa features two inviting bedrooms, each with flexible twin or double setups and private en-suite bathrooms with luxurious walk-in showers. A separate toilet adds extra convenience, and the in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays a breeze. Step outside to your private terrace with a lounge set—ideal for sipping coffee in the morning sun or enjoying wine by moonlight. Explore Breskens & Dine Local Just 900 meters from the beach and 1.5 km from the lively center of Breskens, you'll be perfectly situated to enjoy Zeeland's coastal charm. Indulge in local seafood at De Dukdalf or enjoy harbor views over dinner at Spetters, both within a short drive. Whether you're relaxing or exploring, this villa offers the ideal base for a peaceful, pet-free getaway.
