The Lodge at Connestee Falls is a beautiful mountain retreat with large decks off of both levels and access to all Connestee Falls has to offer. It is also in close proximity to East Fork gate for easy in/out access.

This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house has plenty of space, but feels cozy in every room. Each bedroom has it`s very own private ensuite, and the rooms are spaced far apart from each other. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a gas stovetop and beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen is open to both the dining room and living room which offers a large TV, gas fireplace, and plenty of books and games.

Relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture while enjoying the mountain air and gas fire pit or prepare dinner on the grill while admiring the mountain views. The main level includes a large master bedroom with a private entrance to the deck and king bed. The master bath has a large shower, double vanity with granite countertops, and a soaking tub with jets.

The downstairs boasts a second living space with a a pull-out sofa bed, TV, and a wet bar that’s perfect for concocting a drink to enjoy while relaxing on the deck. There are two guest suites with ensuite bathrooms and queen beds on either side of the downstairs living space.

The Lodge at Connestee Falls is just a short drive to downtown Brevard where you can enjoy all of the local restaurants and shops. Your nightly rate also includes access to some of Connestee Falls most popular amenities. Go for a swim in the community pool, hop on one of the many private hiking trails, spend a day at one of the 4 lakes, or go for a round of golf. If you love the mountains and enjoy spending time outside, this is the perfect vacation getaway for you! There is an abundance of wildlife to enjoy!

Extra Notes:
-This neighborhood is full of wild life. It is important to check the yard for wildlife before sending kids out to play.
-Cell service is not strong at the house, it is recommend to connect to wifi for better service.

***You will need your driver`s license to book and check-in at the security gate. The name and address must match one of the names that you provide with your original registration information.

Prior to check in a rental agreement must be signed for the property management company.

This house is not pet friendly. Pets brought to properties that are not listed as `Pet Friendly` will be charged the $100 nightly pet fee and an additional $100 cleaning fee, and may result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
