「Ten Bits Ranch is a fantastic place to relax and unwind for a few days. The cabin is outfitted well; comfortable bed, clean shower, plenty of hot water, and a great air conditioner. A common kitchen is provided for guests and is more than I expected...well stocked and outfitted. The scenery in this area is amazing. I don't know what the puma population is, but I was fortunate enough to see one about 40 miles south of the ranch. The ranch is a good location if you want to visit Marfa, Alpine...

「Was in the area for extended weekend and stayed at XB. Place is in perfect place to enjoy desert and has beautiful scenery. We really enjoyed our time on the porch. Town with restaurants and stores is near about 20 min away. Phones (Verizon) worked well at property. Room and bath were clean and everything worked as should. Thank you for memorable stay wife and kids are already planning next vacation there.」

「This was such a a fun place to stay! It was clean and comfortable, and had so much character. Our check-in information, as well as lots of other useful information, was provided well in advance, which made everything smooth and easy. We didn't use the kitchen much, but when we did, we found it to be clean, well-equipped and stocked. The road in is a bit rough (a 4WD vehicle would have made it less so), but worth the drive to this beautiful property!」

「We loved our stay! The Freight Office was spacious for 2 people and super cute. I like that there was also an public kitchen that had a stove and a grill. We had a lot of fun using the grill to make food after our hikes. The views from our stay at Ten Bits Ranch were stunning and the area was super quiet even with other guest staying there. 「Found this property on Vrbo when we were planning our trip to Big Bend. Pictures don't do it justice. Very peaceful, quiet, and the views are absolutely stunning. The house itself was awesome, very well designed and very clean. My wife and son of 2.5 years accompanied me on the trip. One of the best parts of this, and very important to me, was the communication by the owners via phone and text before, during, and after our stay. If you are planning on driving to the Big Bend area this...

「Nice, clean with a character. Quiet and serene. Morning light comes in due to open triangle in the A shape buildout, there should be a mechanism to darken the bed room if someone wants to sleep. Town is really a ghost town that is a plus or minus depending how do you want to look into it. 」

「I would stay at this property again.」

「Loved the cabin. Super cute decorated inside. Very well kept and equipped with all household items needed. Loved the outside area. Wrapped around porch with nice seating areas and even out in the dessert had a couple more chair areas to chill with your family and soak up the peace and quiet of the place. We all loved the view all day long. We had planned to go to Big Bend and my kids preferred to come back to the cabin and just enjoy the scenery and the peace. We look forward to coming back and...

「For summer travel, many of restaurants close for the summer or have limited hours, so plan ahead. The road to the property at Ten Bits Ranch is best suited to high clearance vehicles. It is drivable in a sedan, but very slowly.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the dome. The dome is small but still spacious. There are 2 plug outlets that can hold only cell phone/tablet/watch. No cell phone service (tmobile). The host did a really good job at giving instructions on how to get to the property as we lost cell service. The entrance to Big Bend is 20 minutes. The seclusion of the property was great! I would stay again if we decide to visit another time. 」

"The location is only 4 minutes drive to Big Bend which is a big plus for us. We stayed there 4 nights, and the host is responsive and keep the trash in our room cleaned every day. The check in and check out thrue texting is also convenient for us because we check in late and check out early thanks to the smart door lock. The layout is practical and in room appliances (microwave, fridge, hair blower) are also help us staying in there for easy breakfast and dinner. Overall, I recommend this place. "
