“the room was great, the breakfast area was great. Only thing was that the employee storage area door was really squeaky, the pool was just around the corner and very loud.”

“Room was clean and smelled very good! Staff was very friendly. Our tub was backed up. We mentioned it to staff but it was not resolved. On the last night (before having to drive 9 hrs home) the heater in the window started making horrible noises and unfortunately kept waking me up. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars.”

To make matters worse, the main light didn’t work, the comforter had disgusting brown/maroon stains, and the toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall. “The hotel is being updated. I'm 75 years old and this room was the worst room I've ever stayed in my life. They should never have rented out this room. When you picked up the table, the legs dangled from side to side. I couldnt put anything on it...including my elbows...without the table rocking side to side. The chair was tattered. The maintenance man needs to get a raise. I was in the process of seeing what other hotels near by had a vacancy when, after I complained, he found me a new table……
