“Fantastic, clean and comfortable stay!! The house was massive with more than enough room for our group of 9. We didn't have the best weather during our visit so we were grateful for such large common areas and we were not crowded at all. The property was fantastic and we enjoyed walking the waterfront. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We were visiting Liverpool/Syracuse and it was a very close drive and easy to get to. Can't recommend enough, we are already looking forward to our stay next……

“Cute property on an exclusive road. Able to dock my 21' foot boat for the entire week. Tom, the owner next door, is a genuinely nice guy and does a great job. We enjoyed cornhole, darts, kayaking and a campfire too. Just a great experience all around...5-stars!”

“It rained but we were well taken care of in the cabin. Lots of space for family to be rather the stuck in close quarters and then when sun came out front deck / yard was lovely. Well appointed cabin- everything you could think of was at hand in the kitchen. Great stay!”

“We had a great time at this property. Jenn is a very thoughtful host and worked with us when the dates of our trip changed. You can tell she puts a lot of thought into the property and has so many comfort items. She communicated frequently and any question/concerns were handled immediately. She lives close by so she’s able to help whenever needed. Would definitely recommend!”

“Super nice updated home. 6 guys on a getaway golf trip. So many nice touches were put into this home by someone that has great taste and really cares about their guest comfort. From brand new hottub to all the new ceiling fans and the kuerig coffee machine including the coffee this place was top notch. We would not hesitate for a moment to go back to this home.”

“Property is well equipped for eating in and it is within 30 minutes of Syracuse with lots of restaurant choices. Perfect living room and dining area for 6 people to gather and talk or play games. We also built a fire in the rustic pit by the water. Beautiful sunset. Only 20 minutes from Green Lakes State Park and not far from Pratt waterfall park.
