“Clean and beautiful villa. Perfect location and membership at the Fairmont Pavilion was the icing on the cake. The owners and management company couldn’t do enough for us. Five star and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”

“Beautiful property literally on the ocean. We loved the location, easy to get to Oistins fish fry and Miami Beach. Swimming with sea turtles right outside the house was a highlight. Sunsets viewed from the deck were spectacular (although very hot) Air conditioning in all the bedrooms worked great. Only complaint is the beds (twins pushed together to make a double) weren't very comfortable. Otherwise an amazing property and we'd love to stay here again :)”

“What a special property this is. We are already planning a return to the island and to Monkey Puzzle Villa. This really is like a home from home except with much better weather, a hot tub and a few minutes walk to Mullins Beach. Marcia was the consummate hostess and even had a bottle of rum waiting for us when we arrived, which I appreciated. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.”

“I stayed at Lillistone for 3 weeks in Jan-Feb, 2024. Single woman. The house is very clean and spacious. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood away from the touristy areas. There is always a cool breeze in the back yard. Ten-minute walk to Surfer's Point and a 20-minute walk to Silver Sands Beach and Silver Rock Beach. I recommend renting a car if you want to explore the island or go places at night. I was fine for 3 weeks without a car, but I am a single person who enjoys walking and I loved……

There were two full bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, a fairly well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room as well as dining room. The TV and wifi also worked well. And best of all, it was fully screened so you could leave the doors and windows open and not have to worry about the mosquitoes and other biting insects getting in! “The location of the property was very not far from Holetown, and close to the beach. We liked the property and the outside space, swimming pool and the veranda were great. The only was that there was major building works going on directly opposite the property and the noise was terrible, and this was for 5 and half days a week, it also created a lot of dust, but the property manager Geoff did arrange for us to have an additional weekly clean which was very kind of him. “It was uncomfortable having the owner checking if we have the AC off when we exit the bedroom. She was concerned about the cost of electricity. I think the money that I paid should account for electricity. If I leave my house for vacation and I pay to be in a place. I would like to be able to enjoy and feel free to use the AC as I wish. It was hot. I will not recommend this place to anybody”

“Great sized 3/2 home for a family retreat, and if the beach is a priority, then the location is a 10/10. The property itself is nice, overall. I wouldn’t classify it as “luxury” as advertised, but nice enough. The bathrooms could use some attention (master suite was missing bulb; no outlet for hair dryer/curling irons); the 2nd bath water pressure was low and hot water was hit or miss; the hallway could use a fan of some kind; in desperate need of new appliances - fridge is incredibly loud;……
