Delightful place to stay
Lovely place right in the heart of town with delicious cafe right underneath. Owners could have not have been nicer and bed was very comfortable. Given right in heart of town it can be a little noisy, but probably only issue for us as we live in country so not used to it. Would use again x

Exactly what you need for a quick stay. Room was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Perfectly located near the train station and North Laine area.

Lovely friendly hotel!
Lovely friendly family run hotel in the centre of Brighton. Great location for exploring The Lanes, eating out and access to the beach. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

Perfekt läge
Litet hotell med perfekt läge. Rummen var dock ganska små med en smal trappa upp på tredje våningen. Toalett och dusch var väldigt små.

The room I had was very awkward and nothing like what I thought I’d booked by the pictures on Expedia. The staff were friendly enough and maybe the rooms lower are ok but mine was in the roof space so I had to get out of bed at 45 degrees, also expensive for it was

Friendly guesthouse
Very friendly and welcoming. Location good for some and 5-10 mins walk to lanes. Rooms ok. Basic. Shower very small. Steep stairs if elderly or infirm. Very nice stay and would return. Recommend.

Great location, friendly host, tiny stuffy room
Great location. The hosts are very nice and helpful. The room was stuffy with just one tiny window for ventilation. No air-conditioning, and the room is over the kitchen so it retains the heat from the day. The shower/bathroom is very small. The pillows were very hard. I recommend that they provide softer pillows, or a variety for various preferences.

Like - the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. Everything one could wish for was provided. Lovely Turkish lamps. Food in coffee shop below was delicious. Very convenient for nearness to train station and easy walk to the Royal Pavilion and beach. Would highly recommend the Cappadocia Guest House.

Lovely room in a great location by the lanes and 10 minute walk to sea, front. Lovely cafe next door owned by same people. Had a great stay, would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again

This is a great guest house. Central, cosy, reasonably-priced, informal, quirky, has a great cafe downstairs and lots of lovely plants and lamps. The name and overall theming make this a pleasurable stay. The shower is fantastic.

I had a lovely stay. The location of the guest house was perfect. The room was very comfy. The room and the bathroom were clean. And the management was very pleasant.

Good spot but noisy af!
This hotel is a little gem but they've got to make improvements in soundproofing. The windows are single ply and you can hear absolutely everything from the pub in the corner, to traffic on the main road to passer byers at wee hours of the morning, and on top of that the noise of the bathroom fans coming from other rooms will travel through the room in a horrendous bass sound that won't let you rest. I complained to the management and they sent someone over but the noise didnt go away until after an hour. The rest of this place is very pleasant and facilities are clean, with a very comfortable bed and sheets. The cafe downstairs offers a good range of breakfast iptions and their coffee was great. Its such a shame about the noise otherwise it would have been good.

Great value, helpful staff
Great value accommodation in a good area of Brighton. The lady in charge was very friendly and helpful and didn't quickly relocated us to another room when there was a problem with the bathroom door. Discounted breakfast in the cafe downstairs was very nice. Be aware that the stairs are rather steep (there is no lift) and the rooms are smaller than shown on the website.

Couples weekend away
Good value. Good location for town and seafront. Accommodating staff to help with late check in and providing care of our luggage after check out. Room was cosy but had everything we needed.
