Positives: clean and light clear instructions (easy heating, hot water etc) great location Negatives:- inflexible check in and check out times- some damage to the property which wasn’t mentioned in listing - could hear neighbour clearly through the floor

Lovely location

The property is nicely located near the beach, bus stations, coffee shops and (God forbid the hospital if needed) - The property manager was very fast at responding. I would not recommend the property for elder people with knee issues. My husband, my daughter and I found it fun to climb the 53 steps however i can see it being tough for older people. Overall a great location.

Brighton stay for nine nights

Overall a good stay. Kitchen was well supplied and we enjoyed cooking our meals. The flat was advertised as havng a refurbished bathroom but there is a plumbing problem and the shower/tub does not drain properly. The shower wall leaks and water puddles on the floor beside the shower. I notified the host after we used the shower for the first time. We stayed for nine nights and the plumbing problem was not fixed during that time.
