Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfy bedroom! We stayed in the traveler suite with the bunk beds and we had a great time. Easy to get in and out and the staff will hold your key card for you. (Perfect for a boozy weekend:))

Nice clean rooms but £15 2 park ur car is a bit expensive as the spaces are very small I dented my bmw a very expensive repair
unfortunately but apart from that it’s very reasonable priced hotel
would recommend to joe public
lovely views of pier & sea.
Clean simple room does what it says on the tin but could do with softer pillows and maybe a AC/fan other than that the staff were very helpful and gave a key to my friend who stayed out a few hours than me.
Good smart hotel, great location, friendly staff and nice bar. Room was very tight but we never intended in spending much time in it. No wardrobe space but that was ok. Very clean and comfortable. We will stay here again without a doubt.
Lively hotel on the front. Popular with hen do’s. But our room was quiet (on the top floor) and the front desk were extremely helpful (they stored our bags after we checked out). Short walk to the beach and the lanes are just behind it. Not the cheapest but we were a bit last minute with our booking.
The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We booked 2 rooms. Both were cleaned to a reasonable standard, however the rooms were extremely tired and need of modernisation and redecoration. The linen was clean, however, the mattresses and pillows were the worst we have ever slept on. The springs could be felt through the useless toppers and the pillows had huge lumps in them. The shower fixing in the twin was broken which meant that the you had to hold the shower head to shower. The extractor fan in the twin was broken and filthy dirty. This is a budget hotel, but this does not excuse the extremely poor state that it is in. To that we would not recommend a stay here unless everything is addressed.
Hôtel à qq pas de la mer mais inconfortable, propreté douteuse, tout est vieillot, et donc beaucoup trop cher!!! A éviter!

Brighton seafront near Sealife Centre.
Great location for what we needed, Chalk music venue and Sealife Centre. On the seafront, close to the pier. Staff helpful and friendly. Very clean and a really comfortable bed. Some fixtures and fittings a little tired. Well served by buses going to and from the station.
Overall it was a good stay. The hotel is nicely located, less than 5 min walk from the well known club revenge with nice huns and few meters from the beach which is really enjoyable both during the day in the sun or also in the night if you fancy some quiet time in the dark by the sea. The hotel is ok, clean and comfortable. The only things missing are:
1. a fridge or at least some water for the guests
2. Basic hygiene products in the bathroom
3.
It was clean but the hotel is tired. Nevertheless if travelling on a budget it's fine. I had no real problems. Wifi worked fine, there is a bar downstairs, it just felt worn. And it's a bit quirky. There are plastic ferns all up the wall in the room I stayed in, and they were backlit, with a remote control to change the colours.... if you like that...then cool. I didn't mind. it was value for money.
Was enjoyable stay, staff was lovely and the utilities were great. We really liked staying and the bed was very comfortable! Thanks!

Brighton stay new madeira
Was a nice room with view. Bathroom was abit undesirable. Chips in the bath ect, needs remasticing round sides. I was overall happy with my stay, but i must say it depends on your standards. Its nice but it isnt out of this world. Seemed like they had a nightclub downstairs which was fine didnt hear no noise. Heard plenty from upstairs though. Sounded like another party up there. Sorry but i definitely wouldn't recommend this place for family's. All in all 3.5/5 *
Not impressed did not state had to pay for parking on the website just stated limited parking the tv was very small but website stated 32” in all rooms the sink was disgusting with rust round plug hole and the bath all scratched on bottom with hole in side rolled with poly filla or equivalent
