「The hotel locates in the middle of a construction site, not walking distance to any of the subway station. I booked the hotel to attend a conference at Harvard and I need to walk either 35 mins to Cambridge town or take a Uber which costs more than 20 back and forth. Not really ideal.」

「I booked this hotel because it’s including the breakfast and swim pool, while when we asked for breakfast, hotel said no, the swim pool is too mini, can’t swim there.
