“Property was very nice and clean. Beds were super comfortable. Had everything we needed for our one-night stay. Only problem was the driveway. It was very dark outside and we did not expect how difficult it would be to unload car. We are in our late sixties, so that was a struggle. Overall, it was a nice stay..”

“Our family stayed here for a weekend long track meet at the Crossplex. Excellent, quiet location. Very easy to get anywhere we needed to go. The house is older with all of the unique charm that comes with an older home. It was extremely clean and had very comfy mattresses. Communication with the hosts was fantastic.”

“Little to no communication with property owner. I had to ask him for code to get in. The property is nice! However there needs to be blinds on the living room windows since 2 of the beds are there. There was also a major ant problem. I would stay again.”

“It was a nice place to stay for the night. The host did give us easy to follow directions to find the unit. Though, parking was not great for us a with a full sized SUV. It was a little tough to pull out when the neighbors had their vehicles parked as well. There is other parking on the street, but it was full. And the driveway is fairly steep to walk up. We stayed for an event. When we had comenback to the unit that night, the tv on the main floor was on, when we know it was not on when we……

“Fully cleaned and pleasant experience”

“This is a nice place to stay however the noise from the train and planes do get a little annoying. There are also a couple of loud dogs on one side of the house the bothered a couple of us staying in the back bedrooms.”

“We loved the house and it was spotlessly clean. Great location to go to the stadium or Talladega, which was our purpose for visiting. The traffic on the street tends to drive very fast and there are lots of barking dogs around. Neither had a negative impact on us though.”

“House has everything you need plus a fenced in back yard which makes letting your dog out so easy. Heat and air work great. Slept so well in the very comfortable mattress. Very quiet neighborhood. Took my dog for a walk as wide streets have little traffic. Easy to get in touch with host or his assistant. Recommend this property.”

“Good location near all spots you’d want to see in and around Birmingham. Good host with clear instructions and communication. The listing accurately depicted the home. Lots of comfortable sleeping spaces. Home sits off a main road, so there is some road noise on weekends. Street parking felt secure. Note: neither the outdoor stairs nor the inside staircase had handrails - not typically a problem but be advised if you have older adults in your group.”

“Only other feedback is this house sleeps 5 adults not six. Twin bed is small. Sofa cannot accommodate adult either. Otherwise all was great”
