「Very spacious room with comfortable beds. Convenient and new location. Staff are very helpful with arranging us with a late check in time to ensure that we have the room for the night.」

「Abysmal service from check in staff. First time I’ve ever been given the bird and sworn at by staff when I queried why the deposit was 500% of the room cost. This is after being told to be “patient” while waiting on the street for 30mins to be able to check in. You check in a cafe. There is no reception. This is not disclosed by Expedia. And then Sakura tack on more conditions after the booking is secured. Also not disclosed at the time of booking, but relied upon to deny a refund. A 6pm curfew...

「古舊不失優雅建築外貌，房間十分整潔，廚具保養得宜，乾衣洗衣機齊全。 雖然公寓內沒有當值員工，但仍能用電話及電郵聯絡他們，亦提供良好服務。 附近有大量食肆及一家超市，十分方便。 一街之隔有電車站及地鐵站。 」

「Check in時的前枱服務態度不好」

「The place is clean but set back is that there is Aircon in the rooms but this was o/come with cool weather in Melbourne. Toilets doors has no lock. And the place is Abit small for 4 occupants. There is no housekeeping services which is a let down. One saving grace is the gym and hot tub and sauna. But the location is superb and within walking distance to many nearby facilities like QVM and train station. The booking needs to clearly highlight that my booking is without house keeping.
