“Most excellent hotel could not find one fault the staff were so helpful a friendly the room could not have been better wonderful bathroom with large walk in shower and so clean ”

“Gorgeous building with a traditional style, lovely grounds. Room comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. ”

“We arrived while the hotel was under construction so skips, unfinished work being carried out, the hotel does have character being an building inside does need attention carpets, replacement of spindles on the stairwell our room did need work in the bathroom (toilet flush loose new grouting needed ) and the floor boards very noisy when walking on them ( making it annoying for the people underneath) the garden does need attention (looking tied) the staff were friendly and the lady at reception……

“Staff friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. General manager, Rama was really helpful and made a kind gesture for our anniversary of chocolate cake with “Happy Anniversary “ written in sauce. Hotel could do with updating as no central heating, windows old, sofa badly stained. Plenty of choice on half board and bed was super comfy. Would stay again.”

“Fairly good, the receptionist didn’t introduce the hotel facilities to me when I checked in. No cleaning service during two days.”

“Only booked Wednesday to stay Thursday night and got an exceptional deal breakfasts brilliant. Very grand and leisure centre very good pool warm and gym good . could definitely recommend We were upgraded and had large bedroom with 4 poster bed. Very good to do the Royal Airforce Museum at Shifnal that also was excellent. The day after we went to National Memorial Arboretum at Staffordshire well worth and visit and these two places were ffree of charge. ”

“The hotel location is good and walking distance from shopping center. Restaurant staff, including Hellen and Luizer are very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. But the hotel is little bit old and not clean. I stayed 9 nights and will consider to live here again next time.”

“FREE WIFI all over the hotel, very good. Room is clean, breakfast is standard english one. Staff is kind. The only problem is location too far from city. You need take 126bus 30min to New Street. Rest parts are very good.”

“The property is stunning in terms of the surroundings. I had a slight issue on my way in finding it as the signage on the country road isn’t very clear so I drove past the turning twice. When I arrived again the signage isn’t very clear about where to go and park. There are signs for reception but they are coupled with signs for a teachers union which I personally found confusing as I was unsure if I was in the correct place.
