Clean room, really close to town

overall great experience

Good and clean room. Apples at breakfast bar not fresh.

Staff are kind and helpful. The place is neat and tidy, and a good view at night. Shopping, post office and train station are all within 10 minutes distance.

Nicely decorated and good room condition. Value for money.

A beautiful room, good location, the staff is very helpful, am excellent experience

Room was lovely and big with a great view! Pool was a highlight. Get in early to find a lounge! 3 staff were lovely - Dutch, Colombian and Chilean! The three of them went out of their way to help, and made the stay really lovely. The same cant be said for the Australian front desk staff who needs a lesson in being friendly. The area is wonderful; i had the best time walking around, along the river, and enjoying the restaurants at HSW.
