A modern, spacious house with a good layout and a nice pool. There was an issue with our security deposit. The managing agent withdrew this twice, without authorisation and despite advising the agent of this and a number of requests for this to be retuned. While the first withdrawal was returned after checkout, the second one was not returned until 9 days after checkout, and only after a number of phone calls to get it back.

I am very disappointed with Olivia, we got to the venue she refused to open the house stating she had refunded the money yet she had not she asked me to make another payment to her account which she provided I made another payment via bank transfer from outside standing with professional pple I had travelled with for a meeting, she then stated she could not give us the house after transferring to her another payment and bond. I begged her, she asked for my passport which I didn't have since I was travelling domestic I had earlier sent my driver's license I again sent her a working with children check, it was late 7pm by now she refused to open the house, I had to look for a hotel for that night for the 4pple, we were tired from training since morning but she did not burge, I called her the next day to refund my money, she refunded the first transaction, up to now she has not paid the money I transfered to her account, I have been exchanging messages with her regarding the same she keeps stating she will speak to her accountant, I told her that she asked for a bank transfer immediately which I did, it's been a week she has not refunded my money I have used Stayz before I sis not have any issue only this time. I need my refund with costs of 500 I assume she used my money to pay mortgage but doesn't want to pay it back
