Good quiet location and clean kitchen

The apartment is close to a park where one can take walks or ride. It is also near a bus stop that takes you to Central business district. You can also walk to Queens St, approx 20min. The downstairs and kitchen were clean and good balcony to enjoy the sun. The kitchen needs more pots for those opting to make meals. Both bedrooms are en-suite and well sized with wardrobes. But due to plumbing issues, there is a terrible stench in both and water drains slowly in the sink. The carpet in the bedrooms needs cleaning.
