“I made a booking and received confirmation stating standard ID requirements applied at check-in. However, this is not the case. As there is no reception desk to check into, I was asked to upload a photo of my driver’s licence in addition to a selfie holding my bankcard displaying my full name and expiry dates. I was further asked to provide a screenshot of my bank account that payment had been made from. I queried how my personal ID, images and banking details were being stored and voiced……

“The noise and fumes from the traffic being only 60m from a major road was so bad I had to sleep on the couch for two nights, no wonder they won't provide you with the actual address until after you have paid, I wouldn't have stayed hear if I knew the location. The whole unit needs a deep clean, the floors were sticky and disgusting. The smell from the room deodoriser the cleaners had sprayed was so strong I wanted to vomit. The NBN was dreadfully slow. “Great position, close to shops, restaurants, railway, and all medical facilities, some things need fixing, exhaust fan in ensuite non operational, air con in main bedroom doesn't, seem to work, all air cons need filter clean, exhaust fan and light over the hot plate area non operational, otherwise all good.”
