“Very welcoming. Felt like staying at a friend or family members home. Very polite and respectful staff. Close walk to village for any supplies needed, and plenty of restaurant choices. Love the out door veranda and comfortable lounge deck chair. Plenty of space so not to feel on top of each other. Comfortable bedding and very nicely decorated. I will stay again when I’m in Ashgrove.”

“We stayed here for a week; with 2 day to arrive at the Gold Coast for fun. At first we were given a large room for 3 people. The place was big and nice; but the cleaning was average. But when we came back, we were given a room for 2 people. The 2-person room was not Problem. The problem is that there are many ants in this room. It must be improved. They walk around; in the kitchen; there are ants in the toilet and on the countertop. It is terrible.”

“Absolutely filthy and unhygienic! From grimy, moldy bathrooms to floors that look like they have never been cleaned. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Everything just felt extremely dirty and dusty. ”

“Very clean and pleasant stay for a business trip for 2 nights. The hotel staff were friendly and the overall image was excellent. The room was at decent size and the amenities were in very good condition.”

“Great central position, easy drive into the city, shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. The motel was lovely and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. ”
