“I made a booking and received confirmation stating standard ID requirements applied at check-in. However, this is not the case. As there is no reception desk to check into, I was asked to upload a photo of my driver’s licence in addition to a selfie holding my bankcard displaying my full name and expiry dates. I was further asked to provide a screenshot of my bank account that payment had been made from. I queried how my personal ID, images and banking details were being stored and voiced……

“The property looked fantastic from the images and was just as impressive on arrival. A neat complex just off of a main road. Communication with the property owner was good. Some small issues we encountered though. The master bed mattress was well past its used by date as my partner and I were falling into the centre of the bed. The fridge Ice Maker was broken or I could not get it to work? But either way I feel it should have been checked as it was part of our departure instructions to fill……

“We stayed here for a week; with 2 day to arrive at the Gold Coast for fun. At first we were given a large room for 3 people. The place was big and nice; but the cleaning was average. But when we came back, we were given a room for 2 people. The 2-person room was not Problem. The problem is that there are many ants in this room. It must be improved. They walk around; in the kitchen; there are ants in the toilet and on the countertop. It is terrible.”

“Spaces and functional with everything you need. Beds were clean, but the apartment was a bit outdated and in some spaces needed a deep clean, some dirty dishes etc Overall we were very satisfied. Reception were very organised and efficient. ”

“Great position, close to shops, restaurants, railway, and all medical facilities, some things need fixing, exhaust fan in ensuite non operational, air con in main bedroom doesn't, seem to work, all air cons need filter clean, exhaust fan and light over the hot plate area non operational, otherwise all good.”
