"AC was a below-the-window window shaker, which was fine -- but, and perhaps this is expectation, was difficult to regulate room temperature - typical of most hotels with this type of AC/heat. The rooms itself was spartan. The desk did not have adequate power plugs to charge the myriad devices we all have today. The room and bathroom were very clean. This is a hotel that is perfect for a work-trip where you only need the room to sleep and not much more. BUt for that, it is perfectly fine. The checkin person was masked -- I'm sorry, its 6 years after that nonsense. It created a sense of 'go away you scare me' - this has been my second stay at this property, and frankly, just becuase of that - I think I will stay away next time. I hate being treated like a contagen."

"The guy working was friendly and helpful. I arrived to check in at 12:30am, he gave me a key and pointed me to my room. After multiple attempts, I had to go back to have a new one printed - that one didn’t work either. He printed a third key and tried it himself, reliizing it didn’t work because someone was already staying in that room, for whatever reason, their system allows them to put multiple people in the same room, luckily the key didn’t work or we would have all been in for a surprise."

"Our stay was good, but after checking out and half way home I was charged an extra $50 for them saying I stole two pillows! Which I did not. "

"Great hotel, just wish there were microwaves in the rooms, but 24/7 good coffee and a pleasant front desk experience made up for it."

"Breakfast wasn't tremendous. Parking was easy, safe, clean. Unfortunately, construction was going on and an awful smell permeated the premises. We enjoy the firepit immensely "

"After checking in late got up the next morning. Had mold on the bathroom ceiling. Room was dirty. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Asked for more and they want 1.50 each. Because of the mold we checked out instead of staying the 4 nights. Refuse a refund for unused days. Place was nasty and staff was unhelpful."

"Our room was pretty dirt but we got in late. There was a big wad of hair on the bathroom floor. There also looked to be boogers wiped on the bathroom wall and the tub was dirty. Other than that we were not in our room much due to a tournament. Breakfast did end really early. I feel like most hotels it is open till 10:30-11 but this one closed at 9:30 sharp! We missed it by 4 minutes"
