Novotel Bristol Centre
There needs to be a better system for disabled people and prams as the access to the lift from the car park you have to manually open the doors yourself, which are heavy doors and cannot to it when single parent. Also, room wasn’t very clean.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre
Hotel was as you would expect from Delta, Gym Great, although some dumbbells missing. Aircon / Heater was extremely noisy and room was cold so had to ensure it, also room not cleaned, and I wasn't notified at check in, staff were quite rude to me
