「Good」

「The room was decent but it needs soundproof upgrade as you can see the gaps in the door, so sound leak is frequent. 」

「Most staff were polite and courteous. One staff told me the hotel had no glass cups when I requested, only paper and plastic cups. The next day upon check out another staff told me there were glass cups available upon request. Which is it?」

「The air conditioner is too noise and too close to the bed.」

「Overall justify the price.」

「This hotel is really nice, way better than I expected. The rooms are a bit old, but extremely clean and tidy. The service here is absolutely amazing. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. She gave me great travel tips, and even walked me to the room to explain everything in detail. She was warm and attentive the whole time, and helped me a lot. This is honestly the best hotel service I’ve ever had. The only small downside is that the hotel building looks a little dated, but it’s...

「Our room was very nice with a king bed, private bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed, including a coffee maker in our room and a mini fridge. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was very nice. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.」

「The place is absolutely amazing!」
