"Nice place and convenient to Zona Rosa, and an easy Uber ride to most of the city. Staff is mostly friendly, but they have an absurd rule that charges you about 250 pesos if you bring a visitor to your room, even for a visit during the day! I hired a massage provider to come to my room during the day, and the clerk wouldn't let her in unless I paid this stupid fee. It was embarrassing and poor customer service to nickel and dime like that. I've traveled the world and never before discovered such a policy. They guy even confirmed he would charge the same fee if my buddy and I took a couple Coronas up to the room to hang out. How stupid!"
