「A very pleasant stay」

「New hotel, so overall well kept and clean. Breakfast was good and included. Only thing to note, there is no elevator, and if you are unlucky like us and placed on the 5th floor, you will need to climb a lot of stairs! No AC either, only one fan, so at times was stuffy in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful.」

「The only good things about this hotel are the location. It is located in the centre of Brno. The staff at the front desk is quite helpful. However, the hotel's maintenance and housekeeping services are awful. Many things are out of order or in poor condition, including the air conditioner, the room lights, no hot water, and a broken arm on the armchair. 「The room is very clean and the size is decent. Staff very friendly and helpful. We really like the breakfast which is way above "a standard breakfast" elsewhere.」

「Staying in the bunker was definitely a unique and interesting experience, and the staff were very friendly. However, the rooms were quite cold, and since you only get a sleeping bag, it can be uncomfortable, especially for longer stays. The bathrooms could also be cleaner and better maintained. I would recommend it for one night, or two at most, mainly for the experience itself. Obviously not suitable for people who are claustrophobic.」
