“Big roomy modern house with great kitchen and bathrooms. Good space for families and the billiard room is added bonus. Garden fenced and excellent play space for young ones. Be careful on patio steps. Fantastic location to walk into town and wonderful little park right across from house for kids. Great location. Recommend looking at house manual online before arriving for house operating instructions. Enjoyable stay and would be happy to go back.”

“The villa was set in a perfect location. 5 minutes walk from two large pubs serving nice food. Right along the broads. Lots to see and do nearby. We went on the Mississippi river boat tour, also travelled on the Bure valley railway and went in to Wroxham. Also enjoyed the circus in Yarmouth. The villa was a lovely size and the conservatory was beautiful. The hot tub was lovely but a few of the jets were not working. The welcome basket was a lovely gesture. All in all we had a wonderful week.”

Ideal for large family.Prompt communications with management with issues/queriesPerfect location for beach and walks.Need to be very brave to get into the unheated pool. Would have been an advantage to use the cover and protect when not in use.Disappointed that only one of six televisions worked.Courtyard needs attention, looks neglected and needs to be more aesthetically pleasing, as does the pool area.A welcome pack would be beneficial to gain……
