克里夫蘭百老匯-斯拉夫村酒店住宿推介

「Love the food in the hotel restaurant。」

「Dinner and breakfast were included, they were both so good!」

「such a historical hotel, clean and comfortable」

「Rooms small and dark. Basic room with lots of street noise. Lobby needs a deep clean the cold air return on lower level where you make your first impression was covered in dirt and dust .」

「Stayed here for a conference, here's what happen: Water issues - not there control. How it was communicated and dealt with - their control. The evening staff was disgusting, rude and unhelpful! Seemingly the communication issue here is rooted, as they were "glazing tubs" on my floor but no one knew that was scheduled. So I experienced nausea, headache and difficulty breathing. Was moved to a new floor, then someone was assembling furniture at 2am! When I tried to call the front desk, no one...

「Staff was friendly and helpful. Best place to stay by Cleveland Clinic.」

「A very vintage house with great service, conveniently located near CIM, comfortable and cozy.」

「非常好，住宿很愉快」

「Good experience for the stay. Room is clean and tidy although a bit old. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, shuttles service is not sufficient and had missed to pick us up for three times.」

「The property was clean, staff was very friendly!!! Only thing is hotel should remind adults to look after their children. There was a huge group of kids staying, making noise, running through hallways and playing on the elevator, but the hotel was nice, location and all the amenities. I would definitely stay again!!!」
