"The hotel is very nice and the location is great - away from the old city and much more low key. ( it is a cab ride to get to the old city and the bus is very crowded so not super convenient if the old city is your priority). The front desk and bell desk are excellent. So helpful. The only reason I took off a star was the very unfriendly and poor service at the rooftop restaurant. The restaurant was not crowded and there were three servers but they couldn’t be bothered. It was literally the only bad service we had in a week in Croatia but it’s too nice a hotel to have this experience. Other than this annoyance it is a nice hotel and also the breakfast was great."

Stayed here before, booked V level this time, honestly not worth it, didnt notice any difference in rooms, V level service poor especially at the pool and beach which was poorly maintained, more like self service with sunbeds etc. overall would probably go back due to location but wont pay V level rate again."
