“We enjoyed our stay in this quaint cottage situated in a quiet small lakeside neighborhood. Gas, restaurants and convenience stores were a short drive away. We were 5 minutes away from the local Catholic Church. The cottage was immaculately clean and very well stocked with needed supplies. There were ample basic cooking supplies. The check- in process was easy and the owner was very quick to reply when we had a question or two. We vacationed with our dog. I liked the gates on the two separate……

The small kitchen had everything we needed, window units easily handled the summer heat, and the location was quiet but within easy distance of everything we had planned. 10/10 would recommend.”

“This little cottage has a perfect location on Wollaston Beach right behind Tony’s Clam Shop. Walking distance to the water as well as a playground for kiddos. Back yard is fairly nice but not fenced and had some glass and nails about, so keep shoes on the little ones! Though hosts were otherwise prepared with a pack and play and high chair, which our family appreciated juggling multiple babies for the family reunion. Kitchen was great to cook in and the back porch was lovely for morning coffee……

“My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. We ate oysters by the fire pit. The house was cute, clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would to have more plates, glasses and silverware and cooking pots and pans.”

“Very cute property....out side can use some attention. There was some kind of an animal underneath the front bedroom facing the lake we heard him scratching in the middle of the night also we cleaned out your filter for your heating and air conditioning unit (My husband's a plumbing & heating) it needed to be cleaned out. He also tried to fix the shower it needs to have a cover with a handle is The water is getting down into the wall and it's going to rot out. Otherwise we had a great time……

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
