“Very primitive hotel without the air conditioning though the web site of Hotels.com said "air conditioning". There was the frog in the bathroom. However the people there were good and friendly. It will be Ok if you want to experience the primitive life of the local South African. Otherwise you'll be disappointed. You experience the hundred years ago primitive life. Don't expect the modern life comfort. The African local dance show is great.”

“Some friends and I decided to stay there as we were attending a wedding on the site. The room was clean and a great size. The accommodation was like a village, with each room like an individual chalet. The downside was that the external door didn’t feel very secure. Rooms were cleaned every day.
The grounds are beautiful and extensive, with lots of private areas, water features, and a nice children’s play area with a massive chessboard.
The staff are fabulous, special thanks to Talitha, the……

“Do not stay here. Hot and noisy AC in every room. The worse sleep in years.
Booked a Deluxe room and was given a Superior room without being told why I’d been downgraded. Mistake by the reception team is what I was told.
All rooms in the hotel have an AC issue. Management, reception and maintenance all acknowledged this. Even when the AC is not running there’s a constant water cycling noise over 50dB. The fix? Turn off the AC. But in over 30deg heat that’ll give you the worst night’s sleep……
