This property happily welcomes dogs under 25 lbs. who are at least 6 months old. Please note that there is a non-refundable pet fee of $125 to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of all our guests.

This luxurious living room is the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment. It features a comfortable couch and two large chairs with ottomans, providing ample seating for guests. The centerpiece of the room is a stylish coffee table, perfect for placing drinks and snacks. The living room is equipped with a state-of-the-art cabin surround system, allowing you to enjoy immersive audio while watching your favorite movies or TV shows on the big-screen TV. To add warmth and coziness, there is a gas fireplace, creating a soothing ambiance.

Moving on to the kitchen and dining area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. The dining table can comfortably seat six people, and there is additional seating for four at the kitchen island, making it a great space for socializing and enjoying meals together.

The downstairs master bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps on both sides for convenience, and a large closet with hangers to store your belongings. For entertainment, there is a big-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom is a spa-like oasis, featuring double vanity sinks, a soaker tub, and a large walk-in shower. All necessary linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

The bunk nook is located off of the living room with sliding barn doors. This room will feature a twin-size trundle bed with direct access to the outside patio and pool table.

Upstairs, you will find two more master bedrooms, each offering the same level of comfort and luxury. Both bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, nightstands with lamps, and large closets with hangers and suitcase stands. Each room also features a big-screen TV for your entertainment.

The second bathroom upstairs is equally impressive, featuring a double vanity sink and a large walk-in shower. Just like the other bathroom, all linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

The loft area is a fantastic space for entertainment and relaxation. It includes a comfortable two-seater chair, a stocked bookshelf for book lovers, a foosball table for some friendly competition, and an arcade console for gaming enthusiasts. There is also a bar-height barrel table with seating for three, perfect for enjoying drinks or snacks. Of course, a big-screen TV is also available for your entertainment pleasure.

As you step out of the living room door, you will be greeted by a private hot tub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. Adjacent to the hot tub, a gas grill awaits, ready to cater to your culinary desires. The outdoor dining area, with seating for 10, provides the ideal setting for al fresco meals with family and friends. Continuing around the patio, you will discover a bar-height barrel table, complete with seating for 4, offering a cozy spot to enjoy a refreshing drink or engage in lively conversations. Nearby, outdoor furniture with seating for 4 invites you to lounge and soak up the sun's rays. For those who enjoy a friendly game, an outdoor pool table awaits, providing endless entertainment (pool cues conveniently located inside). And for the ultimate outdoor entertainment experience, a big-screen TV allows you to catch your favorite shows or watch a thrilling sports event under the open sky.

General Information – Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. Fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due the guest will incur a 6% processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 10, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
