"The price is reasonable and the location is nearby MRT Expo station and here is a Fair price supermarket nearby for grocery. However, this hotel laundry room is concentrated on 2F only compared with several floors furnished laundry room last year. The worst thing is the laundry room is separated by male/ female. The staff told me the female one is out of order. Only man can access to male laundry room for use. It's inconvenient for me to staying a couple of days. The reason I chose this hotel is for the laundry. And the staff didn't inform me the info proactively."

"The price tag may seems high. But the convenience of not having to get out of the airport would cancel that. It is comfortable and cean enough. All we needed was to have a nap, get some rest, have a meal, use the toilet and have a shover. We had all of that."

"The staff were helpful in accommodating a larger room and reserving a taxi for the morning. This is more like a hostel than a hotel. The shower is in the toilet area so everything including toilet paper gets soaked. The bed is soft and accessible only on one side. We felt very cramped in the room. It definitely does not look like photos on the website."
