“We really like the setup of this rental space. The one-bedroom unit was spacious, with a small kitchenette that has everything that we need for simple meals. Even better was the living space with a side area for small children. We brought along the Guiding Eyes for the Blind puppy we were raising and his crate fitted nicely in the living room space. “Location was great overall property needs some work. The water was very minimally smelling almost to the point where you didn't want to take the shower. The shower drain filled up and didn't drain properly so you were standing in dirty water the whole time showering. The kitchen sink drain p-trap was not properly secured and started leaking how to put a bucket under it so not to flood the place out while washing dishes by hand.”
