  • Crissey Cottage is a cute beach front home, with a breathtaking view! This cozy home, makes for a wonderful place to create memories. This cozy cottage is located in the center of Brookings, down a beautiful and friendly neighborhood. While only .7 miles from Fred Meyers and .7 miles from Harris Beach State Park, it is the perfect location to start your adventures here on the coast.

    When you enter into the home you are greeted with a beautiful ocean view and an open layout. With the living room being a large portion of the home it makes for a nice place to gather before going on your daily adventure. This room comes with a large flat screen TV with cable and DVD access. A nice fireplace and several spots to sit back and enjoy either one of those amenities. This home has vinyl flooring throughout. The outside of this home is absolutely stunning with beautiful greenery and a view of the ocean that just keeps going! Take in the view on the spacious back deck, with the 4-6 seated hot tub, and create memories by the gas fire pit and BBQ (Replaced in 2020).

    Bedroom Description and Layout:

    The master bedroom is laminate flooring, with a nice king size mattress and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom located in the same hall as the master, has vinyl flooring with a queen mattress. While it is smaller that the other two bedrooms, it is full of natural lighting making the room appear very spacious, plus you have a beautiful view of the ocean. The third bedroom is located through the kitchen, and it is also has vinyl flooring and holds a queen mattress along with two folding, roll-away beds, for those additional sleepers. The third bedroom also comes with a beautiful ocean view and a smaller flat screen and DVD access.

    Bathroom Layout/Descriptions:

    There are two bathrooms in this cute home. The master bathroom located in the master bedroom, has a full bathroom with a shower. The second bathroom is located in the hall between the master and second bedroom. This bathroom is a bit more spacious, with a shower/tub combo.

    This rental is not pet friendly. This rental is a non-smoking rental. NO RV's Allowed!

    Property Update- 2024; the deck has been updated, current to code however railing has been removed. Photos will be updated as soon as our coastal rain breaks for sunshine.

The views are spectacular! The accommodations were wonderful! We used this home as a jumping off point to the CA redwoods. It was perfect for our family of 7 who all met there. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay!

Pictures can't capture how stunning the view is at this property! The yard was wonderfly maintained and thoughtfully set up with ample seating to enjoy the view The gas firepit and hottub made it all the better. The house was spacious and well stocked. The property managers were friendly and super quick to respond when a couple of questions arose. Overall it was a wonderful property to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. We definitely hope to stay at this house again in the future.

We had an amazing stay! The location couldn’t have been better—right next to the ocean with breathtaking views that we enjoyed every morning and evening. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.It was also perfectly situated, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, beaches, and local attractions, making it simple to explore the Oregon coast. The house was breathtakingly beautiful inside and out. The house was clean, well stocked, comfortable and cozy for our family of 5. There are so many places to begin the day and end the day relaxing, and taking in the views. The pictures of this property don't do it justice. An absolutely gem! Cannot wait to come back!

The deck was splendid as was the remodeled kitchen/living room -- The whales gave us one terrific show one afternoon. The bedrooms could use some work, so we're hoping that's next in the remodel. The master bedroom bed with a big spongy pad on the mattress wasn't great and all the rooms were cold. -- but on the whole we'd come back should the occasion every arise again - We will recommend it.
