“This was our second stay, we love this house! The location on the river is perfect, the home is so spacious and always clean. Everyone has their own space and room to spread out. “I looked for a place for our family to get together for a vacation and also celebrate my mothers 90th birthday. I have 3 grown children and 2 grand kids 18 months and 3 years old. We had the best time ! When we first walked in we were pleasantly surprised. This place looks even better in person. It is beautifully decorated. It was immaculate. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. Most people have the pool inside the lanai. The fact that it was outside allowed the kids……

“Overall we were pleased with our stay. The beds were comfy, location was great, and property was overall exactly as described. Unfortunately, three of the adults were attacked by fire ants all over their feet in the backyard, but I did notify the homeowner and he was very apologetic and said he would get it taken care of before the next guests arrived. Overall, great stay and great communication with the owner!”

“We recently had a high school graduation in the area plus we were picking up a dog we were rehoming and the house worked great. The check in and out went smoothly. The inside of house is accurately depicted in the photos. The house is dark inside but it helped to keep the 100 degree temperatures outside. The air worked great and we appreciated the bottled water. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths and kitchen staples to get you started for longer stays (we stayed 2 nights). We ate all……

“Luckily we have been able to stay at multiple places on the main weeki wachee river. This house by far has the best location. It offer good river access behind the house shallow wading water and a lovely dock. The house is clean and well appointed. You will not regret booking this house for your WW vacation.”

“Our stay at Jolly Roger Rd. was amazing!! We spent a lot of time in the pool. We had plenty of room for our family to get together to have a meal together, that we hadnt had in 18 years, because we all live in different states. My father has stage 4 lung cancer, so this was a much needed emotional trip, and this was the perfect home away from home.”

“From age 5 to age 68, we all had fun! Kayaking, manatees, fishing, and a large open homey place offered the perfect grt-together place. Convenient to stores and restaurants, it was a lovely place and area.”
