Perfect for business, small families, or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway. PLUS onsite Boat Parking.

Hammocks, fire-pit, and BBQ grill are located in courtyard and shared between our 4 vacation condo's.

This space is dog-friendly. Our pet fee is $100/stay. Max 2 pets.

If the proper amount is not billed during booking, we will send a request for any additional amount owed.

We offer a dog bed, toys, water and food bowls upon request and we have a designated dog park on the side of our unit located at the corner of W. Longfellow St. and S. Sandburg Point.

*Pets are only permitted in "pet friendly homes" with prior approval and a nightly pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture, bedding, and must never be left alone inside the home unless they are crated. Please clean up all pet refuse. In the event that the housekeeper must clean this, you will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, which will be charged to the credit card provided.

Perfect weekend getaway
Traveled to Homosassa with friends for boating. Our place was very clean and nicely decorated. Some of our friends stayed in RV campground- we got the best deal! Location was great, quiet and comfortable. Have already recommended to several people. Thank you for hospitality!

Cozy Retreat
We needed to stay one night after going to see the manatees. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. I was worried about the noise since it was closer to a busy road, but we did not hear the road traffic that night. We slept great! Thank you for allowing us to stay one night in your retreat!!

Super cute and comfortable condo!
We had a great stay at Michelle’s place on our trip to swim with the manatees. It was a cozy home away from home and love that our dog Sadie could join us! Michelle was very easy and friendly to communicate with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was our first experience using a vacation rental and we would recommend this property. All essentials were there and then some. The property was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The owner/property manager was very friendly and helpful.
