“Comfy beds, 9/10 on cleanliness, wish the kitchen had more supplies and better coffee. No shampoo or conditioner available (I forgot mine), but it’s a big house, lots of room, loved the room with the extra air conditioner (I have achy joints and can’t sleep unless it’s cool), easy check in, but a huge delay between communications (4 hours) he let us check out a half hour later which was appreciated. Overall I could sleep and we had plenty of room and the price was right.”

“We had 9 people in our group but could have easily fit lots more. There is a big room where an entire group can gather and small spaces for people to spread out. Also nice large seating areas for eating. We had a great time!”

“The house was roomy and in a convenient location for our stay. Close to the highway and easy access to the local towns. Only complaint was there were minimal towels available and 1/2 bath had paper towel dispenser instead of towel bar for a hand towel, which was not the best to dry my face after nighttime washing. The thermostat automatically changed back to 63 every night, so had to keep an eye on that as it was quite chilly when we were there.”

“If you’ve never been to Lawrenceburg, it’s a beautiful small town with modernized historic buildings, clean parks, and tons to do! I wish we could have stayed just to explore the area, but we were passing through to visit other areas of KY. This home is located pretty central to everything and easy to get to. “We just stayed for our second time at this home for Mom’s weekend. It’s perfect for several moms. We love the community spaces in this home - perfect for people to sit and catch up. There’s multiple spaces in the home. The rec barn is awesome. Our boys came over for a pizza dinner and enjoyed playing pool and watching the playoffs while the moms chatted. The home is very well stocked - everything we would need was there. It’s very clean and Martin is very easy to communicate with. Hope it will……

“We were very pleased with the house, entry and exit were very easy! The house was clean and tidy and there was plenty of room to park two trucks. The only down side was that the neighbors were not very respectful late at night with revving car engines at 3:00am and some drunken shouting at the same time. That in no way was our hosts fault. Couple things that could be addressed inside was a light over the sink, another on over the coffee area and the light over the stove did not work. We hope……

“Im so glad we found this place. The location. The history. The views. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The location is so underrated. I mean you step outside and within 50 feet your cruising the local strip. That being said, it was very tolerable noise wise. No complaints. I can't say enough great things about this place.
