In the living room is a sofa with sleeping possibility for 2 persons. TV in the living room and in the bedroom stereo system, DVD player. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. In the kitchen there is a coffee machine, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, fridge, dining table. Access to the flat is at ground level. No stairs. Child-friendly, suitable for senior citizens, pets are welcome. Car park on the property. 3 ski lifts in the neighbourhood, groomed cross-country ski trails in winter. "Wartburg", "Märchenhöhle", dwarf park, summer toboggan run and Thuringia's largest fun park, waterfall are excursion destinations in the village and the surrounding area.
For all mountaineers and climbing enthusiasts: We have a climbing crag up to difficulty level 10 within walking distance
In the kitchen there is a cooker with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dining table and chairs.
We have also had fibre optics since 2021. This has given our Wi-Fi a real boost. Where more arrives, more can be distributed.
