“We stayed for a weekend away with our 2 little dogs, what can I say this property is beautiful, the kitchen is fabulous. Stocked well with everything you need to cook with and more. “This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back ”

“Dead spider next to dresser table, old stain on bedding cover, cob webs on seating tables outside, leaves swept under the outside sofa cover and dirty sofa under the cover. Could be cleaned a lot more professionally Not hot tub instructions in regards to when the tube gets cold as we tried the second night and it was too cold to stay in. Would be nice to have instructions to re heat. Overall the stay was really nice and I would definitely re visit! ”

“A lovely little cabin by a lake at the back of the owner's house (great distance between. Felt secluded and peaceful. Was great waking up and feeding the chickens, guinea fowl, geese and ducks with a cup of tea looking at the lake. A great spot to unplug and relax. Fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, central heating, cooker, kettle etc. a few more utensils would be handy. Highly recommend a stay here and the owners, Amanda and Barry are friendly, helpful and good folk.”
