“This was actually my first time staying at a BW property. The property was in a great location. The hotel overall was clean. But Ms. Michelle made my stay extra special. There were a group of kids there and upon arrival the hotel was noisy. But it was still early. She seen my facial expression and assured me that it was going to be ok. Every day she checked on me and even knew me by name, that made me feel good. ”
