"water dispensers on each floor were a great bonus. Our request for a lower floor was accommodated for which we were super grateful. Very short walk from the subway station and a direct train to Times Square was awesome. "
"What a surprise- a good one!
This hotel’s got cute, clean updated rooms and bathrooms, big windows, spacious lounge downstairs, nearby subway, and really friendly, accommodating staff (Braidwyn, Levan and all the ladies in housekeeping and services, shout out to you! Thanks for making our trip :)
(Important to know: this is not the “Hotel RL,” as it sometimes appears in searches.)
Any requests, even room changes, were honored quickly and with understanding and kindness. Many other guests seemed to hail from all over the world which gave it a fun, almost European feel.
Be sure to go up to the 7th floor, walk along the wall of windows, then look left to check out the spectacular NYC skyline.
Santa Panza Italian restaurant, right across the street, has great food with a Bohemian vibe. It’s throwback to days in the Village, and a treat.
