“This place saved our vacation! Expedia overbooked our hotel and we were re-routed to this beautiful place! The team working there and the manager gave us an RV last minute to stay in, and made us feel welcomed and safe! “Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money.……

“We loved this cute lodge! There are 5 units, each with a loft queen bed, a separate twin loft accessed by a ladder, and a queen futon on the ground floor. The buildings are brand new, and I love the rustic barn door, National park decor, yet very modern with black faucets and kitchen and bath. There are so many places to eat in this quaint town. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Driving up to the property gave us the feel of being super remote and a real feel of being in the wild. The house and condition was spectacular. Rooms were plenty big and beds were comfortable after long hiking days. The location could not have been more convenient for entry to Many Glacier. “It is a hidden gem! Our family had great time here for two nights. The Windy Ridge Cabin is cozy and comfortable with modern interior design. There are plenty of kitchen supplies. We got grocery from local general store (just 5 minutes drive) and cooked our own meals. Perfect location. We visited Many Glacier hotel, and went to hike Grinnell trail and Iceberg trail in 2 days. “This property was amazing! Fantastic views of Elk Mountain right off the deck. It was extremely clean and well taken care of. The property was in the perfect location almost right in the middle between east and west glacier entrances. There is no WiFi/internet or cell service! Which was very peaceful for us. “The cabin, the property and those were great. Our cabin had everything we needed plus a view! We loved stepping outside to talk with the horses. The location of our cabin to what we were doing at the park was perfect. The only drawback to this location was lack of a full size grocery store. Sorry but I would not recommend the C Store in town or the grocery store on Hwy.2 in Browning.”

After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
