“This property is beautiful and the house was very clean. The only thing I recommend is for it listed as handicap not friendly. I could not go up and down the stairs because I have some severe back problems. The stairs are steep and winding. However because there are 2 bedrooms and everything I need on the floor we entered, I had no problem staying there. It was a very nice place and we enjoyed it very much. The location is convenient to downtown Richmond. We had no problem finding it. The……

The gazebo is nice. The yard would be even better with a garden or flowering trees. We enjoyed exploring the house. So much room!”

“After you park you enter a little Oasis right in town. This place is stunning! Beds and couches are comfortable! Listening to the tiny waterfall in this wonderful backyard setting is a must! Landscape is immaculate. You almost feel secluded like you are out in the woods, because of all the trees surrounding majority of the place. Best candle company(Warm Glow) shop 15 min drive.”

“The pictures uploaded are either very old, or doctored. Bed sheets had stains on them with black light. Cameras installed throughout the inside of the home. No running water when we arrived. We checked into a motel, and then owner tried to charge me $2000.00 for "water damage", when there was no running water and we never stayed.”

“We just stayed for our second time at this home for Mom’s weekend. It’s perfect for several moms. We love the community spaces in this home - perfect for people to sit and catch up. There’s multiple spaces in the home. The rec barn is awesome. Our boys came over for a pizza dinner and enjoyed playing pool and watching the playoffs while the moms chatted. The home is very well stocked - everything we would need was there. It’s very clean and Martin is very easy to communicate with. Hope it will……

“House was clean, four bathrooms with 3 bedrooms, giant TV, convenient to college and shopping. Coffee cups were small so we donated four new larger mugs. Loved touchless garbage can so much, we found it on line and ordered two for our house! Would definitely stay here again!”

“What a wonderful home. My family stayed here for the weekend of the total Solar Eclipse in April 2024. The hosts were spectacularly welcoming and helpful to us throughout our stay. The house is ideal for a relaxing, fun getaway. We enjoyed the game room, watched a movie, cooked, hung out in the back yard, listened to music, had a fire, enjoyed the hot tub, and just had a fantastic time. Highly recommend!”

“We had a great time! The house was perfect with plenty of room. We went into Cincinnati 2 days and down to the Ark Encourter a different day. All easy drives from here. We also explored the surrounding small towns. Hoping to come back during the summer when Metamora, IN is open for full business. It was such a cute place. We also enjoyed a night at Ainsley's Cafe. Highly recommend!”
