“We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.”

“The building is really old and the room is dirty no cleaning service, the matteress was really hard cannot sleep on there, when we get the there the toilet was broken and towel hanger was broken too And at the LAST they charged me $164 without receipt or without email, i still dont know why This was really terrible experience, never go there again ”

“This was our first time staying at Tidewater. Our host, Lois was absolutely wonderful to work with. She provided all necessary information ahead of time and was available as well as quick to respond with an answer to any questions. The only issue with this location is the extremely slow elevators. We had to plan to leave to go out with 20-30 extra minutes just because of the speed of the elevators. However, Lois and the Tidwatwr staff were excellent and so very nice! 😊 definitely a host that……

“This is THE hidden gem of the Emerald Coast! Booking literally took less than 20 minutes. The unit was exceptionally clean, neat and in order. You are within walking distance of Pier Park and soo much more! You can get up, get dressed and take a 5 to 10 minute walk to Coconuts for breakfast. There are so many little beach shops between this hidden gem and Pier Park that it would be near impossible to name them all. There is a beach access point directly across from the condominium parking lot……

“We loved this unit! It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach with access directly across the street. We loved having a pool just steps away from the back porch. The unit came with a beach wagon and chairs, which was so nice. We were able to request bikes and they were dropped off and picked up simply through your phone. I loved the location because we could bike to multiple restaurants, gas station, snowcones, etc. Loved bringing our pup too! We would have liked to know that dogs are not allowed……

“Loved the place and location but the elevators were the worst, took us 30 minutes every time we had to use it and being on the 25th floor did not help. We had to take the stairs a couple times which was absolute hell carrying items up and down to the beach.”

“This condo was prefect for our stay! I was amazed at how well stocked it was-extra trash bags, extra dish detergent, etc. I usually take extras of things like that because most places only supply you with one trash bag, and one dish detergent tab, etc, but this condo had everything we needed for our stay, and we loved it! I’ll definitely be staying here again!”

“I have been stuck at home for six months and this was my first time out since my health crisis. We have stayed at the Calypso in many different units over the years, we have been coming to the Calypso for going on 13 years always a great time staying here have not had a problem at any other units. I would say that there is very little deck furniture only one chair. And the beds are hard but other than that it’s all good. PS the dryer takes forever to dry your clothes.”

“The house and location were very nice. There were a few minor details lacking however, all and all it was a great place. The minor things were, lack of towel bars and hooks, not enough dw pods or garbage bags, some pans were extremely scratched up.”
